How can you get hold of customer service advisor? Have spent most of today between meetings in a hold queue on the phone and my iPad has been continually checking to see if a virtual assistant is available, but the virtual assistant never comes. I went into a nearby store but they told me my query could only be dealt with online or on the phone! It's a quandary!

Waiting times at this time of the year are horrendous. As above, early morning is best.

These sort of wait times seem normal all year round. Customer service seems poor!

When I select "Ask our virtual assistant", it takes me to the Community page. This is not what I consider a Virtual Assistant to be. This is me having to search for my own answers. What I really need is to speak to someone to ask a specific question. If there is a problem with the Virtual Assistant, there should be a message to inform me, rather than just taking me to a (unhelpful) web page.
I am not impressed.
