I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone XR. I was promised 12 months free of Apple TV. I’m being offered 7 days when I log in. Does anyone know how to get this to work? Thanks!

@Susan6

You just login with the same Apple ID you use on the eligible phone, but it's only one offer per household and no repeats.

All T&C's here https://www.apple.com/uk/promo/pdf/UK_TV_Plus_Promo.pdf

PS, It's an Apple promo, not O2 so if you meet all the criteria and still can't get it, you need to call Apple.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for replying. I don’t see why I wouldn’t be eligible and I’ve logged in with my Apple ID. I know it’s an apple promo but o2 are the ones who said I’d get this, so really I think they should be helping!

Update! Well, I got my free 12 months but it wasn’t easy! I spent an hour on a web chat with Apple support and had to send them screen shots of the o2 website where the offer is advertised and proof of purchase for my new phone. I was asked a lot of questions! I was finally given a code to redeem on the Apple TV app, and thankfully it works. I just hope it’s worth it! I didn’t ever find out what the problem was, though.
