I’ve just upgraded to an iPhone XR. I was promised 12 months free of
Apple TV. I’m being offered 7 days when I log in. Does anyone know how

Update! Well, I got my free 12 months but it wasn’t easy! I spent an
hour on a web chat with Apple support and had to send them screen shots
of the o2 website where the offer is advertised and proof of purchase
for my new phone. I was asked a lot of ...
Thanks for replying. I don’t see why I wouldn’t be eligible and I’ve
logged in with my Apple ID. I know it’s an apple promo but o2 are the
ones who said I’d get this, so really I think they should be helping!
