I've just upgraded my o2 contract phone to an iphone 5s from a 4. I've had it for 4 days now and facetime, imessage and personal hotspot aren't working.
For facetime and imessage i get the following error message -"an error occurred during activation. Please try again." I have tried turning it off and on and also reset network setting but no joy.
For personal hotspot i just tried to use it for the first time and it has disappeared from settings!
Talk to O2 regarding tethering so they can check your account. It's only currently available to pay monthly customers. Ring them from your mobile on 202.
