Hi Izzy1999

You would have to talk to O2 customer services to arrange an exchange. Feel free to call on 202 or 03448090202.

I can’t get hold of them as they’re only taking calls for upgrades or if you want to leave

@Izzy1999 If you're having storage problems on your phone you'd be better off trying Apple support: https://support.apple.com/en-gb

A collection of numbers for O2...Try any of them.

The numbers for the payment management team are 0800 325 302 or 0800 902 0217.

or try these 0800 977 7337 and 0800 587 4005 and 0800 0901808

You could try Skype 0800 032 1402

Whatever you do, don't send it back. You'll get a message from royal mail saying they've been instructed not to receive parcels to the address they give you. My device I've sent back is now floating around somewhere in the post office in Norwich, even though I used to envelope O2 sent me and sent it via special delivery. Now I've no phone and can't change device. Until goodness knows when. Whenever O2 decide to accept parcels I suppose.
