Error code 14 when trying to setup mobile service

Hi there, my watch was replaced some weeks ago and I now can't connect it to my O2 data plan- Error code 14. I have spoken to customer support and the issue is not resolved after resetting etc. Any help appreciated!

Big problems at O2 regarding this.
We have been informed the problem is being worked on
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
