Hi - I’m getting the dreaded error 14 (and error 15) when trying to connect my iwatch ultra. Any ideas as to how this can be resolved? Tried multiple resets and also called 202 but nobody seems to have an answer. Many thanks!

Thanks but i tried to ask customer services to reset my eSIM but they didn’t know how too!
