I think they mean the iCloud storage but they'd have to cancel through their Apple ID for that

This is exasperating, I can't get through to CHAT.    My Iphone 6S+ keeps saying it can't store my photos because of lack of memory.  I have increased Icloud storate and added more data but still getting the message.  If I look at my phone memory, photos don't seem to be the problem, but I would like to move a lot to my laptop.  How easy is this to do.   I have also deleted/removed a lot of apps.  Is there a solution? Or should I go to the O2 shop.

It will be your phone storage that is full.

If you have all your photos stored on icloud you can delete them all off your phone to get more space.
