Solved: Display amount of balance

My phone used to show my balance after each call and text/ message but it no longer does, how can I get this facility back so that I will always know how much I have left on my phone? And what are the 4 did it no's that I can use from my phone to do different functions ie top up, show balance voice mail on / off?

Call 4445 (CS) to have notifications turned on.
1750/1760 is voicemail on/off
*#10# shows your balance.
Text balance to 20202 for included mins/texts/data left.

Call 4444 to topup from phone.
