I have just received my new IPhone 13, and I cannot make calls, and I also cannot send text messages, but I can receive both. I using the same number as on my old phone. When I check Mobile Date under settings, then I can see that the new phone is asking me add a Data Plan. The Data plan is set up on MyO2. How do I get it set up on my mobile?

Are you using your old sim or did you sim swap to activate the new one?
