If I make a delivery for a phone upgrade on a Friday, is it likely I would receive it the coming Monday? As it’s the next working day.

It depends if it's in stock. O2 shop order system isn't live so although it may say it's in stock, there's a chance it isn't.

Your best bet is to contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Nice one, will do. So if it is in stock I could expect it tomorrow. But get in touch just incase. Because it gave me the option for same day delivery when I ordered it, and I stupidly spent the £15 to get it delivered between 6-10pm on Friday night and it never turned up. Was never expecting anything yesterday. So tomorrow was the next likely day.
