So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

I received the message from o2 last night saying my order wouldn't arrive today. Would take up to 4 days. Black 128gb iPhone 7.
Just checked my orders and I have a tracking number and it's out for delivery with dpd. So hopefully people will receive them today

So far on here nobody has taken dleivery of a 7+ in black or jet black...unless anybody can confirm otherwise?

Yeah, total breakdown in communication. The lady went and got the manager to confirm and he said it was store stock and they had got nothing.
They had no display models, and even the person who worked their who had ordered to the store for herself was now in the same boat.
I posted the same message yesterday at
12:53 in the afternoon. So how long have o2 known this was going to be a mess?

Humm I have a iPhone 7 128GB Black for C&C in the store near my work.
Got the text last night. Just checked on MyO2 and it has a tracking number.
Guess I might need to wait until Monday.

So I received an e-mail with tracking info for DPD this morning at 07:11am
Checking on DPD website it says they were advised at 08:00 to collect from Leeds.
Having no mobile phone at the moment due to selling my old one already I have no way to check text messages. So I called DPD and they said they won't be collecting my phone until this evening and O2 have only paid for next working day delivery so it'll be Monday when I get it.
The phone I ordered was iPhone 7 Plus Gold 128GB and I ordered at 09:30 on 09/09/16.
