Delivery expectations for iPhone 7?

So when I placed my preorder (and paid off my refresh) this morning I saw that the estimate for the phone delivery would be up to 2 weeks for the Rose Gold plus 256GB (the one I ordered) but now when I go to the store to check whether I picked the right colour (the black really does look nice but I've decided I was right to go for Rose Gold) it says orders will be delivered on the 16th ... so those who preordered this morning have to wait 2 weeks but those who preorder right now don't? I'm confused :Z

I was going to collect in store they only have 128 no 32 so glad I didn't

Hi cancelled at 11.45 - picked at phone from Store at 12.15. It's pretty much immediate because the upgrade doesn't complete till the phone is received. Would definitely recommend

128 Matt Iphone Plus delivery

 

Ordered 13th, in progress, no updates

 

Probably going to be ages, may cancel Monday and just stick to what I have or call round for stock, clearly going nowhere

Ugh, ordered my iPhone 7 Plus, 256GB, Jet Black on 11/9 at 8:11pm and havent heard a thing slight_frown had all the legal doc/contract emails and the 'Thank You for your Order' emails and what not but that's all.

I received the "there's been a market-wide delay in receiving stock" text today too.

 

 

My shiny new iPhone 7 256GB Jet Black arrived at my door shortly afterwards!

Received the dreaded text on Thursday and again this morning. No option but to wait patiently. I'm really pleased for those whose phones have arrived because you've been in the same boat. But the waiting does become a little disheartening.  I've low expectations of mine arriving any time soon. Oh well, never mind.

O2 choose how they use the stock they have got so them choosing to make stock available at stores for purchase when they are struggling to fulfill pre-orders makes a mockery of preordering.
