Seems that there are more going out today - called up to have a rant this evening, following being a sent an email on the 28th Sept saying that my i7+ 128GB in MB would be with me in a few days. The nice advisor said that it has been shipped this afternoon, and should be with me tomorrow. He provided me with the UK Mail consignment number too and it is *actually* coming!
For anyone that is tracking theirs, I ordered over the phone, had the legal docs through for signing at 11:15am and had the confirmation at 12:09pm (was slow at getting them signed!)
So far I've had a £10 credit through live chat and the person this evening said (unprompted) that they'd through in a months free line rental for the trouble which was nice.
I'd sent in a complaint to the complaints review email last week though - I had a good quote for selling my phone before the release which has now gone down by £70, so I'm still down on that...
Just had the tarrif change email and text, sure enough, order completed under My o2, tracking given for UK Mail and new tarrif started.
iPhone 7 Plus 128GB MB, ordered 9/9/16 8pm, est. delivery was originally 21st October.
Here's hoping its in store by Wednesday for collection!
EDIT: UK Mail tracking number is working, have it in the Parcel app, so it sends me push notifications on status updates. Just entered Leeds as a 'Valuable item.'
