Just a heads up to everyone, If your text came after like 2pm you won't get next day delivery for click & collect, I was told by O2 CS this morning that my order would be in by 1, I drove an hour & a bit to go collect it as I'm not staying near the store anymore to then be told it wasn't in stock after store assistant telling me it was in.

FML ... not content with totally screwing up my tariff on my phone and then having to roll it back, I've now got a "good news" email saing they've changed my iPad sharer SIM to a 30 day 1GB rolling contract... W.T actual F.... why? Who asked you to do this? Stop f*cking about with stuff!

@Anonymous Good grief, will they ever do anything right. I'm having to wait, as they've set me up on a 3GB tariff instead of the 30GB, apparently I've got to,wait till 27th Oct to change it. What gives with these numpties?
Glad to see some movement from those waiting for JB bodies, have to say my MB is pretty much perfect for me upgraded from a 6+ so it's a bigger leap for me. I received my text and email at about 21:00 last night so do remember O2 take orders up to midnight, although that won't be next day delivery. Keep your chins up.

Yep the wait continues. Seems they have used up the JB 7+'s they had so i guess more weeks of waiting
