Anyway. Since the update email about delivery my phone won't connect to the App Store. 

Ive tried logging out and back in at settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign out to no avail. Any advice?

Hi Toby,

I have had all confirmation emails last week, the money has come out of my account, and it still shows nothing on MyO2 anywhere.... the guy on O2 chat informed me that it's not gonna be in orders until I get it, which is pointless as why do I need to track it if I already have it!?

I've received no update in email, text or call about when my phone will be delivered, I booked annual leave today to wait in and I got nothing... 😞 please can you enlighten me on the situation?

Tried Apple at 6am when they opened back up reservations.  No black iPhone 7 pluses on any store.  Back to waiting on O2 getting their finger out.

@Olamilekan although Apple have started the upgrade programme in the U.K. just hard to get a 7+ on it at the moment

Just advised by platinum CS support that iphone 7+ 128GB in black will not be delivered until October 21st (order placed online at 9:30 on 9th). Received original confirmation emails and notifications, and myO2 has stated in progress ever since.

 

No email of death or text alerts on 15th September, and advised yesterday by the same team that would be delivered to store today. Yesterday the Press officer for O2 said all customers had been contacted to update them on the status of their order - not me.

 

I have been advised to email complaintsreviewservice@o2.com with my name and account number along with the details of the complaint for review.

 

Also advised that they are making an announcement on Tuesday when they expect more information.

So this morning my tariff has changed for the new phone and order status update says completed. 

My parcel is at the Hinckley depot so will probably get it on Monday slight_smile
