Those of you who have just received delivery and tariff change emails - did you get any of the email/text updates or the texts of death? I haven't had any, so it'd be nice to know if I can expect notification when my phone is dispatched, or if it'll just turn up one day.

Ive had absolutely nothing except my order confirmation until my change in tariff/dispatch notification tonight

Even though my phone has been despatched and will be with me within the 2 weeks I was quoted at point of order I'm still disgusted after checking my O2 that my tariff is due for renewal on the 28th September 2018 and not 9th September, I understand that they can't charge you for something your not using but I've made a phone call to see if O2 have something in place to wave the extra month charge I'll have to buy out of my device plan early in 2018 and was told NO it's not what we do
