If they can get your money in advance to boost quarter results....no live stock system though it's no secret they have no stock.

Ok. Went to get my phone and in true o2 style they were closed "due to a power cut".. staff were leaving and not polite. So wasted bus fares (2 buses) to get there for nothing. Why they didn't send a text to customers waiting to collect - can't be that many as it is a tiny shop. They didn't even say if they are open tomorrow. All other shops around them had electricity and are open. Why am I not surprised. This iPhone is like cursed!

Well Ive done it now as I've completely had enough of o2. Went into the Apple Store and walked out with a jet black 258(?)g iPhone 7 plus 10 minutes later......

I won't be going back to o2 after this and also the response I had from emailing complaints.

Oh and to add apple email you before your upgrade to offer the iPhone 8 so you can get it on time.... something I wasn't going to risk with o2 again 🖕

Well, I just got a confirmation email saying my order has been dispatched (7+ 256GB). I am a new customer and only put in my order last Friday. I was out of the loop regarding iPhone stocks and thought that by December, all stock issues would have been sorted by now. However, after reading these forums and seeing that stock notification website I was not expecting my order to be dispatched any time soon. Maybe this is one of those perks of being a new customer. I was a Vodafone customer for a long time and noticed that 'loyal' customers are never really appreciated; These big networks are mostly only interested in new ones.
