Data usage

Anybody else experiencing unusual usage of data?
Normally don’t got over 1.5g - 2 a month but the past couple of months (nothing’s changed with the way I use my device) I’ve been using 10G in 7-10 days!!
And when you ring up it takes ages to actually get to speak to a human and not a robot!

Oh yeah they’re ‘investigating’ mine and I’m due a call in 5 day’s apparently... I’ll just wait ✋🏻
It’s the second months they’ve given me free data because of it, if that’s not accepting responsibility I don’t know what is. But saying that my contracts has been due for renewal for over a year now and I’ve threatened network change.
