Data not being used

So my big bundle allowance kicked in on the 15th and I can use my minutes and my texts but not my data! I tried turning my iPhone off then on again but still nothing! Anyone able to tell me why and how to fix it? Thanks x

What does your http://status.o2.co.uk say

Are you getting any 3G etc symbol in your phones status bar and do you have Mobile Data turned on in your phones settings.

Look in your myo2 app to ensure it looks ok ref your allowances.

Call 4445 to have your account checked.
