I'm using an Apple iphone 4 ios 7 and my data has started to disappear since i did the update or at least the first message saying i had used lots of my data has only arrived since the update. I've never had to switch off my cellular before so any help would be really appreciated as i only have 1gb data and its almost gone.
thanks in advance

Look in settings > mobile / cellular > scroll down what is shown as using the data

I am running on iOS7 and my mobile data usage is not disappearing or anything
Do you have an access to Wi Fi?
Also, change to manual updates instead of automatic, that will save you a lot of data

@Isis1708
I'm on iPhone 5 ios 7 and use the 1gb in my payg tariff and sometimes add a bolt on for 500Mb
I can only recap and suggest looking in the settings for data usage.
Also turning off app refresh and the sending of diagnostic data to Apple.
Use WiFi where possible.
Increase your data bundle or buy a bolt on.
