Can't get verification code from Barclays to activate mobile banking

Hi. As it says. I've downloaded the Barclays mobile app. Last stage to activate it is for Barclays to send me a six digit code.

I've tried and tried and no code arrives. ever. I've rebooted the phone (iPhone 10) and other SMSs are coming through fine. And I can't ask O2 for help to see if it's an issue with O2 becauise... well, the obvious.

Any ideas?
