Can’t get hold of o2

So I can not get hold of o2 what so ever. I have tried calling them since Thursday. When I go onto my chat on the app I press the headphones and it tells me all the operators and busy. I have tried emailing o2 and had nothing back. The problem is that my data hasn’t been working since I payed my bill and in my app it tells me I have run out of data but my data never got turned on!

Hi @Courtney3 ,

 

Your My O2 account should tell you what your billing date is. This is when your data will reset, not the actual day the money is taken from your account.

 

Do you know what your billing date is? Let me know if you need help navigating My O2!
