I ordered a phone a week ago and paid a deposit, it said it would be delivered the day after and I never received a dispatch email or any updates. When I ordered it said the phone was in stock so I don’t know what the problem is, I’ve tried calling and can’t get through.

@Connor999  O2's stock reporting isn't live. Never has been. There's a 99.9% chance that what you ordered is out of stock. O2 are happy to take your money in advance. That's the way they roll.
