Hi, I recently upgraded phone to an Iphone 6 plus, not much of an upgrade I know but the first time I've used a smartphone.

When I ordered a new PAYG sim card and put it in the phone, I then went through the process of changing my old number over.

All that done and after that I topped up the phone for the £10 big bundle and have calls and texts working. Initially the data was also accessible but now I cannot access it and I've tried everything I've read to try and get it working.

The signal info at the top just has the phone signal strength then says o2-uk 4g but no signal for internet access.

Anybody any idea what the problem could be. I'm particularly perplexed as I had the data working initially.

Try resetting your network settings but otherwise we’re just customers like you and it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
