Call forwarding

Hi all,

I have a 4S. Call forwarding has never been a problem before but two times out of the last three I have been unable to cancel a divert that I'd set up. This has caused some real problems for my work and is very frustrating.

The online advice suggests calling ##002# to cancel all diverts but this just doesn't work and all I get is a list of "setting erasure failed" messages. The problem sorted itself out after about six hours last time but even this was annoying.

Any ideas anybody?

They appear to be all of them I can't find any further variants:(

I can only suggest phoning CS in the morning. I'm sure your boss will understand. Sorry I can only imagine how frustrating it is.

It sounds like all the settings are screwed and a complete restore is your only option.
