It should be up to you I'm sorry to say to stop her not o2. You can put the bar on the account or give her a pay as you go phone then if she runs out of credit because of this then she doesn't get a top up

Totally agree with this @Anonymous. If under 18's are given mobile phones they should be made responsible for their actions....Particularly when they aren't footing the bill... PAYG is certainly the way to go I think...
