Hi, I wanted to purchase the apple watch series 7 cellular with the airtime plan, but I was with giffgaff. I have signed up to a sim only deal with o2 which should be delivered today and I am porting my old number across, hopefully by the end of the day. When I go to purchase the apple watch I have to link it to a number and the only option it gives me is the temporary number that o2 gave me before my old number has been ported across. It says that the number can't be changed once confirmed, will this effect anything or am i best waiting until my number has ported before ordering the watch and seeing if it gives me the option to choose my original number instead of the temporary one?
