My phone is under contract and the charging cable has failed.

Is this covered under warranty ??

Apple have a direct process for this.
Start here https://checkcoverage.apple.com/gb/en/
You will likely get a better service by going direct.
I must go through more cables than anything else though as they are always failing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
