Hi I’m trying to purchase an Apple Watch series 5 and I go through the checkout of putting my card details in for the £20 upfront payment and then it comes up saying ‘ Louise something went wrong we will release your refund ASAP’ 🧐🧐🧐

I would call O2. Don't try ordering it online again.

This is the 3rd time it’s happened to me now, when I ring them they just say don’t worry your £20 will be refunded with 72hours which twice now has been, BUT I want the watch 🧐🧐🧐

It's probably out of stock. Despite what the website says, O2's ordering system isn't live.

It will say 'in stock' when it isn't.
