Hi all, does anyone have issues with their Apple Watch ultra orders? I ordered mine on the 17th September (trail loop) and all I can see is awaiting stock. I rang O2 on an update and they suggested cancelling my contract and getting a strap that’s available but that’s not ideal as it’s another hard search on my credit so not ideal.
Are others having the same issue? It would just be nice to know even if it’s a ‘yes a couple of weeks’ or something.

The problem is and this is affecting all networks, is that Apple are prioritising their own sales channels and they have de prioritised all secondary and tertiary sales channels.
And the simple matter is Apple will send what they want to o2 and not what o2 are expecting.
This is the problem with over Apple release something then never have any stock or months for themselves or networks...

Glad I am not on my own, ordered mine with ocean Band in September, no updates and no idea when its going to arrive. If you order one from Apple today they are saying delivery middle of November, so fingers crossed.

Well looks like I’m getting mine tomorrow. I rang O2 to find out if they had a date as the tracking had nothing and they said they would ring me back with an update. No one rang me. I went on the website today and the stock showed as available next week and in store as well so spoke to someone via chat and got told still out of stock and don’t know when. I asked why their website shows as in stock. I got told the information they had was up to date. Got home from work and got an email to say it’s on its way. What a faff. I know from now on never to pre order anything from O2.
