Hi,
I assumed my o2 watch cellular was working since I got the watch last month but I was wrong it was actually just working off my phones data. When I tried to set up cellular I said “02 plan not in use” on the Apple Watch. I spoke to o2 service people on phone and they advised to remove plan from watch and they would send out an esim! GREAT! until the esim wouldn’t connect so I called again and was told they would be able to activate it to my watch their end.
Problem is my watch now won’t give me my o2 plan to set the watch up to. It only wants me to set up a new £5 one even tho I already have one set ip in my o2 account!! Please can someone help me

Hi Sarah, I also have the same problem. I’ve tried customer service but they don’t seem to know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Colin

Sarah no longer supports the community @ColinLS so you'll just have to keep trying customer services I'm afraid.
You can call 202 from a pay monthly phone, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
If your phone is not working, then use Skype and call 0800 902 0217.
