I have been using my Apple Watch SE cellular for a few months and I pay the extra £5 for the airtime plan. However, on my Apple Watch data settings, it says there is no O2 data plan yet the airtime plan appears on my o2 account? The phone and watch are connected because I can still receive the notifications? It also says that the o2 plan is 'not in use' on my Apple Watch app on my phone

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

Hi, did you get this sorted?

I have a few different Apple Watches via O2 and while the plan is on myO2 and its paid for, you still need to tell your phone to set it up with your watch. Last time i did this was via the iPhone watch app. Go to the mobile data section, follow the set up and it checks that you have an active watch plan. If you didn’t it would ask you to set one up for x amount a month.

Hope this helps.
