Morning! The dreaded Error code 14 has hit. I’m able to set up cellular with another sim but just not with my primary number. I was able to do this ( as a second plan) until Network relations team deleted the second plan and since then I’ve had the error code. I’ve spoke to o2 CS just about everyday for this month. Some staff want to send me out a new ESIM others refer me to another team with another 72 hours to tell me I can’t have more than one plan( although o2’s website tells me different) . No one seems to know the correct way to deal with this, Please I just need this sorted now.
