Hi,

I have recently purchased a Series 5 Apple Watch but have been unable to set up the mobile data on this.

I have received a text tfrom O2 to say that they have connected my Apple Watch Airtime Plan and I am also able to view this on the O2 app.

However, when I go into the Watch app on my phone and go to Set Up Mobile Data it keeps saying there is an error and if this continues to call 202 and quote reference code 15.

I have tried calling 202 on multiple occasions but it won't let me speak to anyone due to the current situations.

Has anyone had the same issues or know how to get this resolved?

Thanks

There is an O2 system issue at the moment affecting many iwatch customers

Hopefully it will get fixed soon but we have no idea when this will be @Kelsey92

You can call but it will be frustrating as they will only refer you to here

It is now fixed.
