Apple Watch - Mobile Data - reference code 15

I’m trying to set up my new watch (series 4) but can’t set up mobile data. It says there’s an error and tells me to call 202 quoting reference code 15 - tried calling them but apparently none of the departments that can help are open and I’ve been told to wait until the Covid restrictions are lifted. Both watch and phone (XR) are up to date - does anybody have any suggestions? I bought the watch specifically for the cellular aspect because of restrictions at work. Thanks

I have a series 5 watch and having the same code 15 error when I try to set up mobile data. Let's hope it's sorted soon.

Do O2 staff monitor this forum? I’ve had another text re my Apple Watch data plan, completely reset the watch and started again and still get the same message(!)
I’m just wondering if they are even aware of the wider issue?
