Hi, another Error code 14 after receiving the watch back from Apple repair when trying to set up cellular. If someone could DM me to sort please I'd appreciate it.

I am having the same issue. I called 202 and they are sending out a new esim - Will this fix my problem?

Hi, I am having the same issue re-pairing a phone with a new watch. I've not had any luck calling 202. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks.

O2 Advisors Service was removed in July. You have 2 options: take phone, watch and photo id into an O2 Shop (has worked a few times), or persist with O2 via 202 but call at around 08:10am UK time.
You could try the O2 Social Media Team via the link below, but turnaround is slow and needs constant prompting every few hours. Good luck, @Jonathan764.
