Apple Watch - Code 49

I am trying to add mobile data for my Apple Watch but it keeps showing Code 49. I’ve tried to get through to soeak to someone at O2 (as the error message has said I need to) but I can’t get through to an actual person. Any help on this Code 49 would be greatly received. Thank you slight_smile

Do you have a direct debit set up to pay your bills and is wifi calling active on your account and phone?

Hi - yes I do. I had to unpair my watch after the latest IOS update kept draining my battery and it’s since repairing that I’ve had an issue. 
I’ll try contacting them on Instagram - thank you!

Hi, I’ve been looking and i can’t find anything about an error code 49 on the Apple Watch. Did you get through to O2 via live chat? If so, and resolved, can you let us know what it was so we can help anyone else who has this issue.
