Despite several calls to the O2 help desk I am still unable to resolve the issue of no data plan showing on my watch. Others appear to be having the same problem. O2 seems to recognise there is a problem affecting some people.
Please lets have some updates or can someone message me to fix it.

You need to reach out to O2 again, just after 8am today should be good - or contact O2 via Social Media on any of the links just below this post, @NAGL. I am not able to tag an O2 Advisor today as the Rota for Thursday has not yet been updated, so tagging community managers to get that fixed @Martin-O2 @Breanna @RafaC

The rota now shows Thursday @pgn @NAGL , and it is @O2Sarah- who is on this morning.
