Advice on upgrade please?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, i recieved a call early last week from who i thought was O2 to discuss my upgrade which is due on the 30th, i went through everything to set up my upgrade including my payment details etc etc and was being offered the same deal which i had seen on the shop so really had no reason to be weary, however at the end when the lady was going through the legal stuff she mentioned car phone warehouse? does this now mean i have upgraded through them rather than through o2?

Please help!!

If you phone the number it just says they are not available might be because it's a weekend it doesn't state a company name at all

Just rung it he is the director for promotions for all but he says he is involved in selling premium rate landline numbers nothing at all to do with mobiles and he had a Birmingham accent he said he has been getting a lot of calls but it's nothing to do with him

Sounds way too dodgy for my liking. I'd be calling the bank first thing to put a block on an DD's before I did anything else, then I'd be calling O2 to explain and get then to reject any applications for an upgrade on my account.
Also report their phone number and details you have to them to investigate.

They have had my details since Wednesday so surely there would have been some activity by now?
