I'm travelling in the US and have the overseas package plus all roaming data etc set up properly. I can see Bly get a 3G connection however (A,T&T). My wife has same device but on Vodafone and has 4G?

O2 and Vodafone both partner with AT&T in the US, so theoretically you should be getting 4G. You'll need to speak to customer service, as has been suggested.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

O2 do not have any 4g roaming agreements anywhere yet so you will never get it at the moment.
Vodafone and ee are the only ones that do.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I s/w customer support and apparently O2 only offer 3G connections on roaming. I should've read contract.
****** for a business traveller. Will be switching as soon as contract allows.
