I have had no 3G for over 48 hours now so no mobile internet. Have been in touch with O2 Gurus who just tell me there is a problem which is being investigated. So why am I the only one complaining, usually get load on forum saying no 3 G. Are they fobbing me off?? 3G works fine on the ipad but not on iphone 4. Is it me!!!

Probably a stupid question is the iPad on O2 as well?

Have you checked the service status for your area?

It sounds like a mast is having issues it's not a network outage thankfully.

Have you tried restarting your phone?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Wasnt a stupid question. Restarted phone & looks like I now have 3G!!! So why on both occasions & after 48hours of grief did both of the O2 'Gurus' say it was a network problem. I have an ipad which was ablke to use 3G  & I told them that I had no 3G 60 miles away but both said sorry 'engineers are working on it' One said it would be Sunday or Monday next week before it was fixed. I just became very suspicious when checking on all forums noone else seemed to be having same problem.. Simple answer but I thank you very much for it.

Yes, although now I realise that its probably the equivalent of phoning a call centre somewhere many shores away! Will stick to forum in future, always works. Thanks
