My new phone is experiencing problems

I bought a new iPhone 7 plus on Wednesday from one of your stores and eveytjing is working on it apart from when I call or FaceTime people I can not hear them and they can just hear a strange loud noise on the other end of the phone

This isn't customer service I'm afraid. Personally I would take the phone back to the store for exchange as you are within the 14 days period.

Your rights as a consumer cover you for a brand new replacement phone if yours goes faulty within the first 30 days.
Just return it to the store you bought it from and there should be no arguments at all.
