where is the 02 Galaxy s4 firmware update?
The one that let's you move stuff to SD card?
Come on its been out 2 weeks and other carriers have already got it.
I should have choose a different carrier!?

Samar: Yes, but it has not been released with us.

Samar: I just checked with my technical team, and it is meant to be released in starting of next week.
chris lloyd: not to be difficult or anything but you just said you havent received any update from samsung? :0)

Samar: The update has not yet been received by us, when updated it comes on our updates and the link is provided on the website.

so, first they have no idea, then its being released next week, then it havent been released to o2

Come on where is the update? Last we heard on June 20th was that it was hopefully very soon!

i bet the unbranded version will come out before 02 releases the update, ill update the software myself via odin...

i had trouble with 02 releasing ics for the mini pro a while back and they ended up not releasing it, ended up flashing the phone myself

quick update.....02 guru said engineer's STILL working with the firmware for the phone

i dont think they will release it through 02

Why does it take so long to approve a bit of firmware, I can just imagine a guy with loads of phones piled up on his desk picking one up and thinking ill do a bit on this one this week, scratching his head trying to work out how to turn it on. Either that or they are releasing the firmware for each phone individually with its own version!!

I just wish they would give a date for release like it will be available sometime in July. For example. Then we would stop asking!

Just been on to o2 guru for 30 mins.I told him my firmware version ended AMEA he told me my firmware should end BMEA then after 20 mins tells me no it shouldn't because samsung has'nt released the firmware update yet.But he'd just said i should have it

the unbranded firmware version should be out by end of the week/start of next week, ill just use that one instead..

That would mean they would have a deadline to stick to and actually do some work, the forum is full of people wondering why they havent got updates, thats one thing apple are good for, you get it when they say you will! You would think they would make it a high priority to keep people happy and up to date, my o2 contract is up next week, will take it elsewhere to a network that gets updates out quicker!

thing is, this is quite an important update because it fixes the lag, camera,move to sd card etc

its a brand new phone, should be on top of it tbh
