where is the 02 Galaxy s4 firmware update?
The one that let's you move stuff to SD card?
Come on its been out 2 weeks and other carriers have already got it.
I should have choose a different carrier!?

I was wondering when the firmware update for the samsung galaxy s4 would be available for  me because other people have recieved it and i havent. this is a major update o2 so please do not be long with it.

For those on O2 who ARE getting this latest update (XXUBMEA) versus those who are not I would not be surprised if it's non-branded S4 handsets from CPW and similar with O2 contracts seeing it being pushed..?  If that is indeed the case then I expect the only way to speed things up and do it manually (using the XXUBMEA firmware from SamMobile) would be to get the handset unlocked, but I doubt O2 would help just yet with that.

If it's not one thing it's another.... I'm with 02 via cpw so why am I waiting still who should I get in touch with now to find out when I will get the update ? Talk about passing the book.lol

Personally, if I had an S4 via CPW which was unlocked then I'd get a copy of Odin and download the firmware from SamMobile and do it myself.  It doesn't involve rooting and the firmware is direct from Samsung so there's no warranty problems.  And as the firmware is Sammy's there'll be no O2 bloatware.

Still don't understand why I am waiting? Will I need to wait for Samsung kies to tell me I can update if so why am I waiting and when should I expect it?

I've just walked in from work and i have it don't use ota rollout maxxed out use kies & mine is branded abit gutted really now i need something else to moan about.The move to sd works well moved 3.4 gig over so well happy.

The thing is must have been a insane amount of s4 sold on o2 alone.Never seen a rollout max its ota downloads in less than a day.

But some of us got it so at least everybody knows now it is out there.

i also got the samsung galaxy s4 via cpw with 02 and still have not reiceved the new firmware update, but shouldn't we still receive the update even though we did not get the handset from 02 directly.
