I have just recently bought a new moto g10 smart phone, today for the first time tried to send a txt message, but got notice that it is not activated. so looking through my setting the Phone number comes up as UNKNOWN !!!! so I am at a loss at how to rectify this, any help please

You only need to enter a number if you are using RCS messaging.
