Android.Tapsnake is a Trojan horse for Android phones that is embedded into a game. It tracks the phone's location and posts it to a remote web service.
So, the app hasn't detected anything. Do you have any games installed on your phone?

I'm guessing if the airpush app has not detected anything, you should be ok

Have you only looked for the tapsnake logo on your home screen or have you looked for it thru the main menu in the apps section?
