hello please can someone help

my camera will not work. message is error another application maybe in use

i have tried clearing data and even restoring factory settings but still same message

Contact the place you purchased it for a replacement or repair.
If factory reset didn't work it might be hardware

Possibly a firmware issue.

I was going to suggest a repair with xperia companion http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/

i took to o2 guru and he could not fix. he said be quicker to go through sony warrenty. i have sent my phone off for repair and have been given no replacement. very disapointed with the service. Still waiting to hear back on my repair. it has been 3 days since they recieved it. They said could take 5-10 working days ! Wish I kepy my iphone as apple give such better customer service.

Yes of course I did. Also the 02 guru had my phone for 2 hours trying different things. He said it is a hardware issue.
