Iv just upgraded to an s5, the guy in the shop did a sim swap! All my contacts have disappeared! They r not even visible on my old phone! Can i get these back??

What was your old phone? If it was android your contacts should be backed up to your google account.

If your contacts were stored on the sim and not backed up they may be gone for good.

Do you still have the old sim? If so, it may be possible to retrieve them.

Most likely the contacts will still be on your old sim card.
They should have checked this in store for you but you can put your old sim in another android and copy them all to your google account to sync with the S5 now.
