hi bought a new phone put the old sim from old phone to new phone but sim card no working only emergency calls can some one help plz

you will need to activate the sim, if you are transferring from an old SIM card, you need to use the swapmysim form

What phone have you changed from and what do you have now? Was this just a new phone or was your previous phone lost?
